Hello people,
I am a university lecturer and a PhD student at The Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. I am a qualified actuary and gained my qualification in late 2013 from the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. I live in Canberra with my wife and ‘yes’, I love it here in Canberra.
My field of research is Statistics. I was always fascinated by numbers and this love has taken me on a wonderful journey through academia. I also love sharing my passion for the subject and that has made me take up a career in university teaching.
But this is not what completely defines me. I intend to use this blog to share thoughts on my research, my teaching and those other things that are a big part of my being.
